Résidence Les Balcons de La Rosière - La Rosière

This residence offers spacious apartments with balconies, which can accommodate up to 16 people. It is at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails in Les Eucherts, overlooking the Tarentaise Valley.

The apartments feature mountain views and most are fitted with a balneo bath. Some even have a private sauna. Each apartment has satellite TV and an equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Additional facilities include an access to the first floor of the Hotel Alparenas spa situated a few meters away (including swimming pool, hot tub, saunas, hammam, paddling pool, gym) in addition to the spa located inside the residence (wih includes hot tubs, sauna, hammam).
Also there is covered car park (free during the summer season), an on-site ski rental shop (Precision Ski) and a Sherpa supermarket.

Situated in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, Les Balcons de La Rosière arranges themed walks in the summer. The Italian border is a 5-minute drive away.

The hotel day starts from hour 17:00 and ends at 10:00.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee from EUR 49 to EUR 145, according to the type of the accommodation, is not included in the price.

You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

The spa is not accessible to guests aged 16 or less. It is closed on Saturday.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
