The propertys reception opening hours are Sunday to Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.

The Passeport Ascensionnel is a rechargeable prepaid card that can be used for leisure activities with participating partners in the Vallée des Belleville, while also offering discounted rates. One pass per person is included for stays of a minimum of 7 nights. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As they are organized by independent partners, they may be subject to change. The Passeport Ascensionnel is personal and cannot be shared.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
