This Savoyard-style building is located 10minutes drive from Annecy Lake and city center, and is nearby the main route to Geneva and Paris. Mont Blanc is one hour away by car. Our hotel is a 30-minute drive from both La Clusaz and Grand Bornand ski resorts. There are many restaurants located within 150 metres of the property.
Located within the Grand Epagny shopping area, oyet there is a stunning view on the mountains around that you can enjoy from the terrasse.
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating system, a 50 inches TV with chromecast, and a high-speed free wifi access. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast roomyou can also work during the day.

Our breakfast is a buffet served from 6:30 to 10 AM (7 AM on sundays),you can enjoy warm drinks, bread, viennoiseries, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, muesli, dry and fresh fruits, local yoghurts, juices. If you need plant-based milk or glutenfree product, please tell us in advance that we can organize it for you.
