In Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the resort of Saint Laurent du Var is situated between the sea and hills, halfway between Cannes and Monaco. This typical Provencal town is lively year round and has many shops and restaurants.
The residence, partially renovated, enjoys an outstanding location in a quiet residential area opposite the marina, 100 m from the beach and 200 m from shops and also has a seasonal swimming pool.
The fully equipped kitchens in each accommodation offers vitroceramic cooking hob, coffee machine and refrigerator. Theyfeature a seating area and private bathroom.
Bakery deliveries can be made in the morning upon reservation at reception the evening before.
Free parking is available on site.
The apartments are currently very poorly air conditioned due to an air conditioning problem.
The hotel day starts from hour 17:00 and ends at 11:00.
Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to the end of October.
Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).
Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost, and the number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants in the accommodation.
