Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen consisting of one large and one small towel, a kitchen towel, a bath mat, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, TV, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices, andtaxes and charges except for the tourist tax.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. In July and August, Pierre and Vacances offers complimentary activities to enhance your stay in the mountains. In Vars, guests benefit from one summer toboggan ride per adult and one per child aged 3 to 12 per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights. Tickets are to be collected at the residence reception and activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners, they may be subject to change.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
